Firstly, mix the selected powders with the binder. Then granulate the mixture and injection molding it for the shape of any necessaries. The polymer assigns the characteristic of its viscous flow to the mixture, which contributes to the uniformity of the forming, cavity filling and powder filling. After forming, the binder is removed and the debinding part is sintered.

Some sintered products may need further densification treatment, heat treatment or machining. Sintered products not only have the same complex shape and high precision as the plastic injection molding products, but also have the physical, chemical and mechanical similar to forgings. MIM technology is suitable for mass production of small, precise, three-dimensional shape complex and special performance requirements of metal parts.
